Payment And Refund Policy

All payments for course enrolments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place in any of our news production or real-time reporting courses.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved third-party payment services. All transactions are conducted in Australian dollars.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in accordance with our standard terms. If you cancel your enrolment more than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of 10 percent. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are eligible for a 50 percent refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations after the course has commenced or for non-attendance.

Exceptions

In cases where a course is cancelled by livepulsefy due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course date at no additional cost.
